Our machine, which can give the shape of the baguette desired by Turkish bakers, can provide the desired length as well as the pointed tip and plump appearance with its double pillow system. Additionally, with the roller mechanism used in our renewed machine, it has become impossible for the dough to stick to the roller. Along with the changes in the machine dimensions, both smaller sizes have been achieved, and it has ensured that the person collecting the dough at the machine's output can work comfortably without bending over.
